Advertising Policy
2010 RDMIA AD POLICY
OBJECTIVE: Encourage advertising space allocation that is in balance with Newsletter and Website objectives.
AD CATEGORIES
o On-line Newsletter with printed supplement mailed to our mailing list.
o On-line Newsletter ads appear in the PDF image residing on our website.
PRICING SCHEDULE
o Yearly rates only at this time.
o Sizes ranging from credit card size to half page size.
o Flyer (insert) option for mailings not available at this time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Contract: Addresses responsibilities of advertisers, payment, and ad sizes.
COMMENTS
o Although unstated, standards of decorum and aesthetics, intended to preserve the high standards that we attain in our own publications, should be relayed to prospective advertisers.
o The Board shall have final approval authority for all advertising content.
DONATIONS:
Donors will be rewarded with free annual advertisements if they desire.
o 1/4 page ad to run for one year in the newsletter for donations of $500 up to $999;
o 1/2 page ad to run for one year in the newsletter for donations over $1000.
